Hardanger gives you many routing options depending on how long your guests want to be out, whether you want a dining focus, and whether you want to include a landmark stop.

Typical route highlights (selected based on your plan)

  • Rosendal (Salmon Eye access point) – Salmon Eye experiences typically start at the pier in Rosenda

  • Salmon Eye – Floating art installation and learning experience focused on aquaculture

  • Furebergfossen – Along Route 551 between Årsnes and Sunndal, flowing under the road into Maurangerfjord (a branch of Hardangerfjord)

  • Hardanger villages – Optional routing via Norheimsund, Øystese, Ulvik, and Odda depending on desired distance

  • Buer (near Odda) – Restaurant stop near Folgefonna, surrounded by dramatic mountain landscape

We build the timing around your priorities and keep the route comfortable and seamless, with the crew handling the details as conditions evolve.
